At Cooper Commercial, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Site Foreman/Supervisor to help develop our commercial construction and shop fitting projects. About Us: Cooper Commercial is seeking a motivated and capable Site Foreman/Supervisor to join our growing commercial construction team, with a strong pipeline of local work across Toowoomba and South East Queensland.
Cooper Commercial maintains an Open license with recent projects spanning medical centres, education facilities, and shopping centre base build and shop fitting works, many delivered from Development Approval through detailed documentation and design-and-construct execution. This role offers the opportunity to manage the onsite building of diverse, hands-on projects while being supported by our Project Managers and owners who are actively involved in the business day to day.

Who We're Looking For:
* This role would suit a qualified tradesperson looking to expand their knowledge base and develop their skills in Site and Project Management. It offers an excellent opportunity to step into a supervisory position, combining hands-on expertise with leadership responsibilities across a variety of projects.
* You will be working one on one with Project Managers who have extensive skills in site management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site supervising projects
* Adhering to the plans, specifications, and construction program
* Problem solving and advising on solutions
* Coordination of the material delivery and resource allocation
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
* Working daily with a Project manager
* Documenting and following WPHS system on site
Skills & Experience:
* Commercial construction back ground favourable but more than happy to work with someone from residential background who wants a new challenge
* Sound forward planning, programming and trade skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Proven leadership and supervisory skills or willing to step up and learn.
* Proficient communication and writing skills
* Professional and personable presentation
* Strong attention to detail
Skills & Experience:
* Knowledge of and adherence to Workplace Health and Safety regulations
* Stability will be highly regarded
* Full unencumbered Drivers Licence
* Trade Qualification
* White Card
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Computer literacy (i.e being able to use the Microsoft Office Suite)
