Job Description
* Work closely with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with the department's goals
* Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation
* Provide advice and guidance on HR-related matters to management and employees
* Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and reviews
* Manage employee relations and address any issues that may arise
* Coordinate training and development programs for staff
* Prepare HR reports and analyse HR metrics to aid decision-making
The Successful Applicant
A successful Human Resources Business Partner should have:
* A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
* Previous experience in a HR role within the public sector
* Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well in a team and manage HR projects
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
