We are looking for a passionate Training Superintendent to shape the next chapter of Newhaul's growth.
You will take ownership of all technical and compliance training across our Road, Port and Workshop divisions.
A newly created leadership role where you'll build structure, uplift capability and lead a network of highly skilled Driver Trainers who coach and assess our operators.

What You Bring
* Several years' experience in technical training with operational capability in transport, logistics, mining.
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) – can be obtained within 6 months of commencement
* Strong knowledge of NHVAS, CoR and heavy‑vehicle compliance and LMS systems
* Experience in managing on‑road coaching/training programs and lead field‑based trainers
* Ability to balance hands‑on delivery with strategic leadership
