About this Role
As a rural real estate specialist, you will focus on prospecting, listing and selling rural properties, including farms, acreages/lifestyle blocks and agricultural land. Your understanding of unique characteristics and challenges of rural real estate will enable you to build strong relationships with landowners, investors and buyers.
You will work closely with clients to provide expert advice, market analysis and tailored marketing strategies that highlight the value and potential of each property. Strong relationships within rural communities, a passion for the land and ability to navigate traditional and digital marketing channels are key to success in this role.
This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust with clients. You must be able to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the rural real estate market and be able to identify opportunities for growth and development.
