Regional Sales Director
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to drive sales results for each National Account within their portfolio, meeting targets and forecasts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing business plans for each account, aligning with national plans and business objectives. They will also have excellent collaboration skills, working closely with National Account Managers to align monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing annual customer plans to ensure alignment with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives. The successful candidate will be accountable and responsible for achieving agreed account targets, inclusive of defined category targets.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Territory Management and/or Account Executive roles within the Out-of-Home (OOH) environment is required.
* Ideal experience working in distribution account management, new business & channel development is preferred.
* Experience in the Foodservice market is advantageous, with a demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
* Resilience and an ability to be nimble in your approach to delivering agreed outcomes are essential.
* A valid driver's license and comfort with regional travel are also necessary.
