Job Opportunity: Financial Operations Leader
We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our Finance team operations. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.
About the Role
This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for implementing and maintaining professional human resources systems, processes, advice and guidance throughout our organization. The successful candidate will ensure that human resources functions are delivered in a manner that complies with statutory obligation and organizational policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Finance team in delivering payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable services
* Work closely with our Strategic Finance Advisor to provide strategic insights and governance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in finance or a related field
* Significant experience in financial management and leadership
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong understanding of financial systems and processes
