With the support of specialist property lawyers and other experienced conveyancers, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of conveyancing matters across residential sale and purchases, subdivisions and larger scale property developments. Your duties will include: preparation of documents including contracts of sale, settlement statements, vendor's statements preparation of matters for settlement including calculating settlement figures and statement of adjustments conducting company and property searches drafting general correspondence file and email management data entry and spreadsheet management client liaison coordinating and booking settlements To be considered for this role, you will have recently completed your Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing or currently a junior conveyancer or a conveyancing assistant. Property legal assistants who are keen on becoming a Conveyancer are also encouraged to apply. Overall, you will have strong attention to detail, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and show a keen desire to take the next step in your career and be proactive to take on additional duties as they arise!
