The Administrative Officer key responsibilities are:
Provide timely, high-quality services in word processing, spread sheeting and data input to Youth Justice staff in relation to financial activities, record keeping, travel arrangements and collation of data.
Maintain administrative and office procedures and systems to ensure the provision of quality administrative support services to Youth Justice.
Provide administrative support in relation to Youth Justice activities, including record keeping, planning forums, program development, management activities and quality reports and correspondence.
Operate office equipment associated with the position including photocopier, facsimile, telephone systems etc.
Provide information and advice to internal and external clients and stakeholders in relation to inquiries relevant to Youth Justice.
Allocate, prioritise, and perform tasks in accordance with departmental procedures and financial and administrative delegations.
