The Senior People & Culture Advisor plays a critical role in supporting by providing best practice HR expertise across all core people domains.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as an expert advisor on all aspects of human resources management, driving organizational growth and development through strategic planning and execution;
* Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
* Mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities, promoting a culture of continuous learning;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, think critically and strategically. They must also have the ability to navigate complex issues effectively.
Requirements:
Familiarity with HR systems, processes, tools; Strong analytical reasoning abilities;
solid knowledge of employment law;tactful diplomacy in sensitive situations, conflict resolution skills,
presenting ideas clearly in written reports; integrating recommendations into bigger goals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant post-graduate degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP); proven experience in managing operational budgets from $50000 - 500000 USD .
