The Opportunity
Deliver a $40M+ large‐format retail project (incl. major civil works) and take ownership of a $40M+ large‐format retail development in Yarrabilba, including $10M in associated roadworks.
Manage a well‐structured, high‐value build supported by an experienced Construction Manager within an 18‐month programme, with secured continuity of work across South Brisbane upon completion.
Require a commercially capable Project Manager who can confidently manage programme, consultants and subcontractors while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and overall project performance.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead industrial / large‐format retail projects end‐to‐end
* Manage programme, budget, subcontractors and consultants
* Drive safety, quality and commercial performance
* Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Report to the Construction Manager
What You'll Bring
* Proven PM experience on industrial or large‐format retail builds
* Experience delivering projects in the $40M–$100M range
* Ability to run a project confidently and independently
* Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
