About The Role
Grampians Health is seeking a skilled Finance Systems Officer to support, maintain, and enhance our financial systems, including Epicor and Precise ARM. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, system improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality technical and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide frontline support for finance systems and manage the Finance Systems Help Desk.
Troubleshoot system issues, ensure data integrity, and work with vendors to resolve problems.
Contribute to ERP system enhancements and implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, and testing.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Create and optimise SQL queries to support reporting and system processes.
Assist with training, documentation, and system governance.
Support month‑end activities and ongoing system improvement initiatives.
About You
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or proven equivalent experience.
Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred), including implementation or upgrade involvement.
Strong skills in Power BI (data modelling)
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
