**About the opportunity**
We are recruiting for an experienced Training Manager on behalf of a community services organsation that delivers employment services and training to disadvantaged Australians,
The Training Manager has overall responsibility and management of the development and maintenance of VET programs and the development of training and assessment materials across a wide range of vocational courses.
- A proven track record in educational product management and/or instructional design.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with students, peers, industry and other key stakeholders.
- The ability to work to a high standard with exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management, the ability to work under pressure and to meet agreed deadlines.
- An approach to work that is open to new challenges and ideas and embraces the agile learning.
- The ability to focus on the needs of the learner whilst balancing the needs of the business and maximising results within budget and resources available.
- The ability to work as an effective team member who can work collaboratively, independently and proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (or similar programs) and hands on experience with an LMS.
- A current Police Check and be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
