Key Responsibilities
Site Manager
* Manage day-to-day operations and ensure operational excellence of nominated sites and teams.
* Promote and lead a safety culture towards Zero Harm, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
* Coordinate activities with clients and stakeholders, managing documentation such as work permits and SWMS.
* Supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with WHSE standards.
* Meet site and company KPIs, complete compliance inspections.
* Prepare reports for clients, including routine, ITPs, and progress reports.
* Manage subcontractors and procurement processes.
* Oversee operational and technical project management.
Required experience: Minimum 2 years in Operations and Maintenance of utility-scale solar or renewable projects, or equivalent transferrable experience.
Required qualifications: Electrical qualification (Diploma/degree preferred), relevant electrical license, LVR/CPR, First Aid.
Electrical Technician
* Perform maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
* Develop SOPs, provide training, ensure safety compliance, and maintain records.
* Mentor junior technicians, collaborate across departments, assist with system installations.
* Respond to emergency maintenance, participate in continuous improvement.
Required experience: Extensive electrical maintenance, repair, and installation experience.
Required qualifications: Valid QLD electrical license, driver's license, current LVR/CPR and First Aid certificates.
