Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing construction firm as a HR & Payroll Coordinator with 4 days' work from home flexibility.

**About the Role**

This multifaceted role combines HR coordination, payroll management, and office administration, offering a unique blend of responsibilities. With the added benefit of 4 days of remote work flexibility each week, you'll play a crucial part in this organisation's success, contributing to both the efficiency of their internal operations and the overall growth of their organisation.

**Duties**
- HR Coordination and providing administrative support
- Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managing compliance checks, including medical evaluations
- Organising equipment, tools, fuel cards, laptops, and other resources
- Conducting exit interviews and overseeing policies and procedures
- Handling return-to-work coordination
- Coordinating performance reviews
- Taking on end-to-end payroll responsibilities
- Being responsible for regular and ad-hoc payroll reports to internal stakeholders
- Providing general office assistance
- Raising purchase orders as needed

**Skills & Experience**
- 1-2 years of experience in Payroll and HR
- Proficiency with Employment Hero
- Strong communication skills
- Personable nature
- Adaptability
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail
