Job Overview
The Regional Growth Director will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to deliver profitable growth in the Eastern States region of Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop innovative business strategies, sales campaigns, and proposals to drive growth.
* Maintain a strong pipeline within existing customer base and target new customers and markets.
* Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and profitable growth through innovation.
* Lead a team to achieve account management excellence and service excellence.
* Coach and mentor sales and service teams to create a unified culture.
* Integrate processes that meet business needs across the organisation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability for functional and business objectives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Commerce, or Science.
* Ability to travel locally approximately 50% of the time.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience preferably in sales, marketing, or technical sales with at least 5 years in a direct people management role.
* Technical knowledge of industrial water treatment applications such as cooling, boiler, RO, mining would be highly favorable.
* Strong track record of leading diverse teams to commercial success in complex market situations.
* Proven analytical skill set and strategic mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Requirements
* Knowledge of general industry trends and competitor product offerings.
* Business finance knowledge.
* Experience working at industrial sites preferred.
* Tertiary qualifications with >8 years in area management/leadership.
