Monday to Friday with every second Friday off.
Job Description
As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients and the organizational whiz behind our smooth operations.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
* Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
* Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
* Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
* Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a dental reception role essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* A reliable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Professional presentation and a patient-first mindset
