The Maxwell Underground Mine, owned by Malabar Resources Ltd, has commenced operations at their Hunter Valley site, with planned production of up to 8 million tonnes of per annum. With approvals in place out to 2046, the mine targets high quality coal with the majority being metallurgical coal.
Malabar Resources is an independent Australian-based resources company located in the Upper Hunter Valley, in New South Wales.
In addition to the Maxwell Underground Mine, we own the Maxwell Solar Farm on rehabilitated land on the Maxwell Infrastructure site, Maxwell Infrastructure, the Spur Hill Underground Project, and agricultural properties including the Merton Vineyard.
ABOUT THE ROLE
To support the growth of our operations, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Warehouse Supply Officer to join our Supply Team. Reporting to the Supply Superintendent, the Warehouse Supply Officer will work night shift to assist in managing the warehousing and supply function across the Maxwell Underground Mine and the related infrastructure.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
If successful, your key objectives will include, but not limited to:
* Providing stock control for the warehouse facilities
* Issuing goods to store customers via direct issue and picking slips
* Expediting stock orders
* Management of repairable stock items
* Maintaining stock storage locations
* Purchasing officer duties as required
* Coordination of transport and logistics
* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required, including the use of forklift/telehandler
* Housekeeping in the warehouse and yard areas
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated warehouse and supply experience in a coal mining environment.
* Experience with the Pulse Mining Systems ERP (desirable but not essential).
* An Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
* A Medium Rigid (MR) licence is desirable but not essential.
* Have a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* Willingness to work additional shifts if required.
