Key Responsibilities and Skills
* Provide an excellent sales and service experience to all customers.
* Attend to customer queries via phone, email.
* Process orders and customer returns
* Have exceptional attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and be the ability to think outside the square.
* Be a team player with great communication skills.
* Be willing to learn and grow with the business.
* Be passionate, motivated, and organized.
* Possess good computer skills.
* Liaise with our onsite warehouse.
* Enjoy building long-lasting relationships with our B2C customers
* Passionate and positive attitude

* Experience in motorcycle industry, desirable
* Customer focus with a strong ability to build relationships
* Be reliable, punctual & passionate
* Excellent communication skillsHold a valid full Australian driver's license
* Excellent grammar and general written communication skills.
