Zenith Search has been retained to search and select this strategic General Manager - Operations appointment to drive the business through its next stage of growth.
Our client has over 10 + years of successfully operating and delivering resource sector projects in the Northwest. During this period, they have developed a loyal client base and a reputation for delivering good quality projects within time and budget. They take a unique approach with their staff seeking ways to stretch and grow their team, offering opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities for personal and professional growth.
With a secure history and client base they are now planning the next round of growth that will take them to a $80m - $100m turnover business within the next 3+ years. To do this they are seeking a Operational focused General Manager who can help them drive and guide them through this period.
We are searching for an established leader with experience in growing a civil construction business. This includes managing and improving systems and procedures ranging from tender selection, pre-contracts, estimating, delivery through to client management and handover. This includes strategic development and delivery of new business opportunities both with existing and new clients.

* Proven track record working in either an Operational or General Management position in the Civil Contractor space - NOT EPCM or Clientside
