The Role
1. Lead a team of approximately 10 people across supply chain functions
2. Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set metrics and targets
3. Manage the relationship between sales and supply chain ensuring accurate product availability and forecasts
4. Oversee management of strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services and partnerships
The Requirements
* Extensive supply chain leadership experience ideally from the manufacturing industry
* Highly engaging and motivational leadership style with strong communication skills
* Advanced SAP experience and technical knowledge
* Previous experience working for a global business or enterprise
