My Goal is expanding Join us on this exciting journey as we plan to:
Continue to expand our NDIS services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and social, community, and civic participation supports .
Providing greater opportunity for our workforce to have impact by delivering exceptional care to participants in brand new, state-of-the-art Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) dwellings/villas in Lake Macquarie designed to the High Physical Support SDA design category.
Launch My Aged Care Services to support older Australians with the same care and dedication we bring to our NDIS participants.
These exciting developments mean new opportunities for the right people – individuals who are ready to grow in their careers, develop new skills, and take on leadership roles as we invest in and support our emerging leaders .
We are very excited to welcome two new participants to our service in August. Both young men will be supported in individual living arrangements within Supported Independent Living (SIL).
One participant is an Aboriginal man with a passion for rap music and television, and a strong desire to embrace life to its fullest. Experience in behaviour support is essential, and mental health skills would be highly regarded.
The other participant is non-verbal, described as tech-savvy, social, and enjoys swimming, music, and movies.

With our Head Office in Boolaroo, My Goal Disability Services supports participants across multiple sites within a 40-kilometre radius, including:
