Office Manager Melbourne, VIC $90k Package Are you an experienced administrator with a background supporting construction or electrical infrastructure projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established electrical contractor supporting the delivery of major projects across Melbourne. You’ll play a key role in ensuring project documentation, reporting, and administrative processes run smoothly while supporting project managers and site teams. They are seeking a highly organised administrator who can coordinate project documentation, maintain registers, and ensure project teams have the information they need to successfully deliver projects. The Role: A focus on systems and processes administrative support for the division Maintain archive registers, manage incoming divisional emails, take minutes, undertake general office duties including data entry Follow up quotes/debtors Records/customer/client systems upkeep Customer services / call handling Assist with project/service jobs activities Undertake invoicing including progress claims Provide support for End of Month spreadsheet reporting Provide support to Payroll, HSE, Finance departments as required 7.30am start once a month for a ‘Toolbox Meeting’ Requirements: Previous experience in a Project Administrator or similar role within construction, infrastructure or engineering environments. High level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Greentree, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. Certificate IV in Administration or similar qualification.
