We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a 12-month full-time contract. Reporting to the National Quality Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality, client-focused administrative services within a collaborative team.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support and maintain a professional office environment
* Assist the National Quality Manager with assessments and coordinating medical reports
* Liaise with internal teams, medical consultants, clients, and external stakeholders
* Work closely with the Reports Production team to ensure efficient workflow
* Contribute to timely report delivery and overall team effectiveness
