About the Role
As the Support Services Manager, you'll lead a diverse team delivering seamless, high-quality support across CALHN sites.
You'll build strong partnerships, drive safe and efficient service delivery, and keep our environments running smoothly for patients, staff and visitors.
Lead Support Services, Security and Cleaning across multiple sites
Deliver safe, efficient service that supports clinical areas
Oversee security programs, audits and risk minimisation
Maintain switchboard, mail, fleet, grounds and horticulture services
Manage rosters, budgets, staffing and performance
Build strong relationships with clinical leaders and departments
Oversee contractors, service contracts and KPI reporting
Guide policy development and ensure compliance with standards
Analyse data, complete audits and prepare reports
Drive continuous improvement and best-practice systems
