Due to continued national growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Lawyer or Senior Associate (2 + PAE) to join a leading Employment Relations and Safety team based in Sydney.
This high-performing team is recognised for advising both private and public sector clients on complex employment, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety matters, including litigation and strategic advisory work.
The Role
In this role, you will work across the full spectrum of employment and industrial relations matters, with a strong focus on litigation and complex advisory work. You will be involved in:
* Advising on employment, industrial relations, and WHS issues
* Managing and assisting with litigation in federal and state jurisdictions
* Providing strategic, commercially focused advice to clients
* Working closely with senior lawyers on significant and high-profile matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

About You
You are a motivated and commercially minded employment lawyer with:
* Experience in both front-end and back-end employment and WHS matters
