We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in delivering projects within the property and construction industry.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform project management duties across a diverse portfolio of land and built form projects.
* Coordinate project programming/scheduling tasks using proprietary tools.
* Oversee task assignments to project managers/assistant project managers.
* Monitor project quality, risk, and compliance.
* Supervise direct reports and provide technical guidance.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Tertiary/TAFE qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Architecture, Engineering or Property Development (or similar).
* Experience: Minimum of 6 - 8 years practical experience as a project manager client-side delivering projects within the property and construction industry (or similar).
* Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of current project management methodology, including the understanding of complex systems, compliance, legislation, and risk management.
