We have an exciting full‐time opportunity for a motivated and technically minded individual to join our Fire Suppression division as an Inside Sales Specialist. This role is perfect for someone seeking a challenging and rewarding career in Sales Engineering. In this Inside Sales position, you will provide fire suppression products and solutions to our valued customers, playing a key role in driving our company's success and contributing ideas to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert product support and guidance to resellers and end‐users.
* Prepare quotes, respond to technical queries, and offer troubleshooting assistance.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships for ongoing business growth.
* Participate in marketing and business development activities to drive brand awareness and expand accounts.
Qualifications
* Trade or Technical qualification or a strong passion for Sales Engineering and Fire Suppression.
* Recent graduate engineers keen to kick‐start a sales career are encouraged to apply.
* Confident, proactive, and excited by new challenges.
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Current right to work in Australia.
