What's on offer? We are seeking an experienced and energetic leading hand to complement our existing team and support our expanding long-term program of works in the Victorian Utilities sector. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering a diverse portfolio of multidisciplined projects, including earthworks, treatment plants, large‑scale pipelines, pump stations and concrete structures.

In this role you'll be responsible for:
* Assist Site Supervisor and take ownership of jobs from commencement to completion
* Engage, coordinate and manage Fulton Hogan employees and sub‑contractors on job sites
* Communicate with site team to program and track the progress of jobs
* Attend and contribute to meetings
* Dispute and issue resolution, as required
* Ensure all inspections and other relevant documentation are signed off
* Ensure company HSE policies are followed at all times
How you'll connect to the role:
* Building Trade / Construction Qualification or relevant industry experience
* Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills
* Ability to build effective relationships and be empathetic to the needs of the client
* Positive attitude, sound work ethic and self‑motivated
* Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
* Valid Driver's License; additional operator tickets will be highly regarded
