As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our global expansion by identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. With a focus on optimizing hiring processes and supporting hiring managers, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional candidate experience while consistently raising the bar for top talent.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Owning the talent acquisition efforts, from managing the talent funnel to screening and nurturing candidates through the process.
">
* Collaborating with hiring managers to lead the initial stages of the hiring process, filtering applications, and conducting screening calls across multiple roles.
">
* Optimizing the interview process to identify top-caliber talent, building situational, behavioral, culture, and values question banks.
">
* Supporting hiring managers in designing role-related tasks, challenges, and take-homes in the hiring process.
">
* Activating headhunting tactics when required for niche technical roles, building pipelines across product and engineering teams.
">
* Supporting the Head of People in implementing talent tools, processes, and systems.
">
* Nurturing relationships with tech startup craftspeople, product managers, engineers, clinicians, sales, ops, and CX professionals to build a high-caliber talent pipeline.
">
* Elevating our employer brand through creative representation across various platforms, such as conferences, networking events, community meetups, blogs, social media, videos, etc.

What We're Looking For
">
">
* A proven track record of at least 2 years in agency and/or internal talent acquisition within tech or startups.
">
* Experience managing the hiring process end-to-end, from activating the talent funnel to offering, acceptance, and onboarding.
">
* A super-connector with excellent people skills, able to build rapport and nurture relationships.
">
* Knowledge around hiring technical roles, particularly in product and engineering, is essential (rest can be learned).
">
* The ability to work comfortably with headhunting tactics and cold outreach when needed to build candidate pipelines against talent gaps.
">
* Pace and urgency are critical; if you're execution-focused and get things done despite chaos and ambiguity, that's great.
">
* An eye for identifying high-caliber talent and passion for building a high-performance culture.
">
* A self-starter, highly motivated, competitive, driven by hitting numbers, and developing deep relationships with empathy and commercial acumen.

* Ability to work autonomously with high levels of accountability to meet TA requirements and hiring goals.
