The Role
We're looking for a hospitality superstar who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and genuinely enjoys making someone's day—one cup at a time. You don't need to be a world‐champion barista, but you do need to love coffee, care about quality, and bring positive energy to every shift.
Responsibilities
* Crafting consistently delicious coffees with pride, supporting the team across the floor, counter, and service areas
* Assist in maintaining a high standard of food preparation, production, service, meal distribution, ware‐washing, and cleaning of the hospital service areas in accordance with the relevant codes of practice
* Actively participate in and contribute to the organisation's Quality & Safety and Work Health & Safety processes, including in the development and implementation of safety systems, improvement initiatives, safeguarding practices for vulnerable people, and related training
* Responsible for cleaning and sanitising all kitchen equipment, utensils, floors, and walls as directed by relevant supervisors and in accordance with relevant guidelines
* Bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a can‐do attitude
Details of Appointment
* Permanent full time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible
* Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant
Salary
$59,668 - $65,185 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2025.
