Senior Development and Engineering Coordinator Full time contract up to August 2027(Parental leave cover)About the PositionWe're seeking aSenior Development and Engineering Coordinatorto step into a key role supporting ongoing development activity across our region.Working closely with Planning, Property, Legal and Engineering teams, you'lllead technical approvals and coordinate legal agreements for land division applications, including bonding and external worksoversee development assessment and engineering processes, supported by two direct reports, and coordinate site inspections to ensure compliance.This role offers strong exposure to senior council staff, developers and consultants, contributing to the delivery of high-quality land development outcomes. You'll bring sound knowledge of planning regulations, strong coordination skills, and clear, practical communication to achieve balanced outcomes for Council and developers.About YouYou're a confident and collaborative professional who can work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
