Your Role

As Office Manager and Department Head, you will:

* Champion People & Culture: Lead coaching, KPI administration, reporting, and development pathways. Be the driving force behind a positive, growth-oriented culture.

* Support Recruitment & Administration: Oversee recruitment support and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations.

* Enhance Client Experience: Act as the champion for client experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and standards.

* Drive Business Projects & Change: Lead internal projects and act as change manager, supporting continuous improvement and innovation.

* Lead Branding & Communication: Oversee social media, traditional media, campaigns, and client events to strengthen our brand presence.

* Manage Internal Finance: Oversee internal finance and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
