The Role
This is a full-time opportunity working within our dedicated compounding laboratory. You will play a key role in preparing high-quality non-sterile compounded formulations in accordance with strict quality and safety standards.
Working closely with pharmacists and fellow technicians, you will ensure every product is prepared accurately, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare compounded medications to precise prescription specifications
* Follow established SOPs and quality assurance procedures
* Accurately measure, mix, and label ingredients using specialised equipment
* Maintain strict lab hygiene and assist with cleaning and calibration
* Record batch formulations and maintain compliant documentation
* Provide dispensary support where required
Skills & Experience Required
* Certificate II, III or IV in Community Pharmacy (or equivalent experience)
* Previous compounding experience highly regarded (training provided for the right candidate)
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong hygiene and safety practices
* Reliable, organised and proactive work ethic
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Full working rights in Australia
Salary & Benefits
* $30 – $35 per hour, based on experience
