What's life like as a Senior Sales Engineer?
Focused on the Enterprise segment, you'll be a strategic partner to our sales organisation, leading technical discovery and solutioning across large-scale, multi-region organisations. You'll bring deep HCM domain knowledge, credibility with executive stakeholders, and the ability to translate complex requirements into compelling value narratives that differentiate HiBob in a competitive landscape.
Job Requirements
What You Bring
* 5+ years of professional experience in a Presales/ Sales Consulting role with HCM Enterprise solutions or practitioner experience with domain expertise in HR systems
* Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
* Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst with the ability to understand requirements of the business, translate, and configure applications to meet business needs
* Deep understanding of the enterprise HCM landscape with the ability to advise on HR transformation, data strategy, and integration architectures.
* Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Recruiting
* Excellent Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills
* Executive presence with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior HR, IT, and Finance leaders.
* Strong business acumen and storytelling skills — able to tie technical capabilities to business outcomes like operational efficiency, compliance, or employee experience.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action — comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where ownership and initiative are key.
* The ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers (integrations)
* Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
* A passion for winning, with a team player mentality
Job Responsibilities
What You'll be Doing
* Prepare and develop technical demonstrations of our software in order to explain our company's products or services to prospects and customers
* Discuss and invoke conversation around needs and pains in the HR tech space with customers
* Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support both before and during calls
* Listen to customers' technical requirements and needs and relay this feedback/information back to the product for development
* Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
* Assist in training members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services
* Support enablement and mentoring of junior team members, elevating the overall technical acumen and enterprise readiness of the team.
