Job Description:
A leading energy solutions provider is seeking a highly skilled Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, PPM and CAPEX responsibilities across their portfolio of sites in the South of England.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and delivering strategic plans for assigned business areas, managing engineering contractor relationships, and ensuring preventive planned maintenance task schedules are appropriately set for respective sites.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally are essential. The role involves remote work with occasional site visits.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver strategic plans for assigned business areas incorporating business objectives and strategies
* Manage engineering contractor relationships, review RAMS and ensure works are planned specific to site
* Ensure preventive planned maintenance task schedules are appropriately set for respective sites, maintaining regulatory and legislative compliance
* Manage contractor interface with operations within the business unit
* Align with Senior/Regional operations teams day to day to support and manage engineering within the function
Requirements:
* Hold a relevant engineering qualification within a specific discipline
* Ability to develop standards and specifications against legislation and industry best practices
* Experience overseeing and interacting with contractors
* Experience in assessing and approving RAMS
* Experience in engineering management – ideally across a group or multiple sites
* Autonomy to manage diary
