Key Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our front-of-house team in a dynamic sports bar and grill environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless delivery of food and service to high standards.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs.
* Maintain a positive working environment, leading by example as a senior restaurant leader.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and execute promotional concepts to drive business growth.
* Manage staff training, rostering, and on-shift operations to ensure excellent customer service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in hospitality management, preferably in a bar and restaurant environment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
* Strong financial management skills, including controlling costs and driving revenue growth.
* An understanding of OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
* Relevant certifications, such as RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics & Advanced.
