Seeking an experienced early childhood leader to lead our Exceeding (7/7) community-managed, not-for-profit early learning service. The role offers a meaningful, relationship-centred position with truly part-time hours.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Director / Nominated Supervisor, ideally in a community-managed environment. They will demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and regulatory requirements. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
