The Role
We are seeking an experienced administrator or receptionist to train as a Medical Secretary. Although the role will be predominantly central Perth the flexibility to travel to multiple locations is a must.
This role will suit someone who loves to be kept busy, and who has exceptional organisation skills, and the ability to juggle a busy consulting private practice.
The Position Tasks
* Support a Cardiologist with their practice growth.
* Provide outstanding support to patients.
* Arranging recalls
* Clinic preparation and management.
The Ideal Candidate
We have a very large administration team (including supporting secretaries), who work together to deliver the best possible care to our patients and doctors, so there is plenty of support available to ensure you succeed in this position.
The person we are looking for will be compassionate, energetic, positive, flexible, extremely organised, passionate about exceptional patient care and have exceptional attention to detail. They need to be enthusiastic about learning, committed to excellence, and have experience in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Previous experience working as an administrator or receptionist within the medical industry would be highly regarded, but not essential, as full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
The Environment
You will work in a collegial atmosphere and have a team of secretaries to communicate with to provide solutions to daily challenges. Hours may fluctuate slightly depending on clinic times.
