Your Key Responsibilities
* Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
* Develop and execute test cases, perform system testing and support UAT activities.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
* Complete traceability matrixes as part of solution design alignment with business requirements.
* Investigate and analyse production issues, supporting ongoing system enhancements and improvements.
* Contribute to delivery of strategic technology initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with information security, governance and risk management policies.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Min 3-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and structured delivery methodologies.
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
* A good understanding of structured service delivery methodologies and experience in conducting business process re-engineering.
* Experience with SQL, MS Office tools and business process modelling.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Exceptional analytical skills to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and provide constructive input into the development of technical solutions.
* Ability to learn new technologies and work and deliver high-quality documentation.
