Job Summary
This role encompasses a variety of clinical and administrative tasks, focusing on facilitating patient flow through the clinic and enhancing the quality of care. The primary emphasis is on administrative abilities, including organizing priorities, managing confidential patient information, scheduling appointments, arranging diagnostic testing, and assisting with insurance-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Collects and organizes patient data.
* Maintains accurate records and databases.
* Utilizes software to generate graphs and reports.
* Assists in recruiting patients for clinical trials.
* Obtains patient study data from medical records, physicians, etc.
Requirements
* Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
* Experience: 0-1 year preferred, particularly in knowledge of clinical research protocols.
