Our Theatre Department has a new opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to progress into a senior position.
Beleura Private Hospital currently operates a 6-theatre complex. We are looking for a Registered Nurse to step into a senior role in our expanding Theatre Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about Anaesthetics and PACU, and eager to work alongside fellow ANUMs to provide support to the Nurse Unit Manager. You will be instrumental in the mentorship and management of both the Anaesthetic and PACU areas.
This role offers a diverse and interesting caseload, with surgical specialties including ophthalmology, gastroenterology, orthopaedics, plastics, dental, general, pain, urology, vascular, and gynaecology.
Your Skills and Experience
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Relevant post-graduate qualifications desirable
* Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an Anaesthetics or PACU setting
* Previous leadership or management experience will be highly regarded.
Remuneration: On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $55.92 - $ 57.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager yr1-yr2)
