* Recruitment Consultant (360)
* Business Development Manager (Recruitment)
* Account Manager (Recruitment & Labour Hire)
The Opportunities
1) Recruitment Consultant (360)
Own the full recruitment lifecycle across blue- and/or white-collar roles.
* Run true 360: job briefs, sourcing, talent pooling, screening, client management, offers
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Drive activity, pipeline health, and placement success
* Keep everything sharp in our CRM and deliver a great experience, every time
2) Business Development Manager (Recruitment)
Grow EOC Group's client base and expand key accounts across Australia.
* Prospect, warm, and win new business (perm & labour hire)
* Shape tailored solutions, proposals, and pricing with our leadership team
* Partner closely with Consultants/AMs to deliver on what you've promised
* Track pipeline, report on performance, and consistently hit growth targets
3) Account Manager (Recruitment & Labour Hire)
Be the day-to-day engine behind high-performing accounts.
* Manage job flow, fill rates, workforce planning, and compliance
* Build trust with hiring managers and site leaders; solve problems fast
* Coordinate onboarding, timesheets, WHS, and candidate care
* Spot cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and collaborate with the team to deliver
What You Bring (All Roles)
* 2+ years' experience in the recruitment industry (labour hire experience highly regarded)
* Strong relationship-builder with confident communication and commercial acumen
* Organised, responsive, and big on follow-up and admin accuracy
* Resilient, results-driven, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
* Bonus: working knowledge of awards, EBAs, WHS, and workforce compliance
* For BDM: a proven track record of new business development in recruitment
* For AM: demonstrated account management / high-volume coordination experience
