About The Chance
Our client is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join their team based in Maroochydore.
In this role, you will play a vital part in the successful delivery of construction projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating on-site construction activities to meet project requirements and timelines
Interpreting and applying technical specifications, drawings, and construction plans
Liaising with managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project communication
Maintaining documentation, QA systems, and HSE compliance across all stages
Monitoring progress against schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery
Assisting with administration, procurement, and general project support tasks
About You
The successful candidate will have:
2+ years’ construction experience in a similar role (graduates encouraged to apply)
Full or partial completion of Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction or Project Management
Valid White Card and Construction Induction certification
Robust communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
Confident interpreting drawings, assisting with QA, and supporting site coordination
A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment
