Our brand-new Geelong City Market Coffee Stall will be serving up great coffee, good vibes, and local pride every Saturday and we need someone who knows their way around coffee, a machine, cold drip, filter and the ins and outs of stretching milks.
About the role:
* 1 day a week (Saturday) at the Geelong City Market
* Craft consistently excellent coffee for locals and visitors alike
* Be ready for being busy and taking initiative
* Be part of a small, supportive, community-driven team
We're looking for someone who:
* Has solid barista experience and a genuine love of coffee
* Brings great energy and can thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
* Takes pride in quality, consistency and connection with customers
* Understands that good coffee is as much about heart as it is about beans
* Ready for expansion into food sales
* Versatile and no job is too small or too big
* A 'gets things done' kind of worker
