We're on the search for a Social Media & Content Creator to bring brands to life across socials and beyond
Newcastle | Part-time or Casual hours per week)
You'll be the creative brain (and hands) behind a portfolio of client accounts, from strategy and ideation through to filming, editing, design, copywriting, scheduling and day-to-day management. You'll work closely with our team to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content and cohesive visual brands. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends content creation and design across multiple clients and industries.
You'll be working across the digital marketing and creative spectrum - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, reels, Meta and Google advertising, carousels, stories, email marketing campaigns, digital ads, web design and the occasional print or signage piece. Creative that looks beautiful and makes sense strategically.

What You'll Do
Create on-brand, high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn (reels, stories, carousels and static posts)
Build and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting, timing and campaign alignment
Develop social media strategies from conception to roll-out
Film and edit several weekly reels (mix of trending and original content) for a variety of clients
Assist with editing product imagery and assets for campaigns
Design content using Canva & CapCut (social posts, graphics, stories and Meta ads)
Assist in writing and developing email marketing campaigns, ad creative and static ad variations/spec size changes
Develop, write and schedule social media posts, and coordinate digital ad campaigns using scheduling tools across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
Track engagement and help optimise campaigns based on analytics and performance insights
Manage Facebook and Instagram communities, comments, DMs and engagement
Coordinate UGC collaborations, influencer activity, paid partnerships and PR packages
Maintain each brand's unique tone of voice and messaging across all social media platforms
Stay on top of social trends, sounds, hashtags and platform updates
Collaborate with the team to bring fresh, creative ideas to every project
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in content creation, social media and coordinating digital marketing campaigns (Meta, SEM, SEO, EDMs)
Confident using Canva, TikTok, CapCut and social scheduling tools
A confident writer and storyteller who loves creating thumb-stopping content
Strong communication, collaboration and client service skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tools such as social media management platforms, Meta Ads, Google Ads and graphic design tools (a plus, not a deal-breaker)
An understanding of how to build authentic online communities
Detail-oriented and reliable, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously
Creative flair across photography, video and design with an eye for aesthetic detail – you love storytelling, colour and light
Must be able to work on-site in Newcastle, NSW (this is not a WFH position)
Part-time or casual: 14-28 hours per week with flexible hours that can work around school pick-ups or study
