This is a great opportunity for a motivated and customer‐service oriented Taxi Driver to become a vital part of a growing team within Des's Group, a family‐owned business with over 50 years of experience in personal transport.

Position Requirements
Due to continuous growth, we currently require Taxi Drivers on a full‐time or part‐time basis, weekdays or weekends, day shifts and night shifts. Retirees are encouraged to apply.
Reporting directly to the Manager, this position will have the following responsibilities:
* Ensure the passenger receives a safe and enjoyable trip at all times
* Deliver a level of service that exceeds customer expectations
* Implement smart working practices to ensure good dollar return per km
* Maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
* A full SA driver's licence (essential)
* A Small Passenger Vehicle Driver Accreditation (advantage; we will guide you through accreditation if not already accredited)
* A proven safe driving record
* Well‐developed personal communication skills
* High level of customer service skills
* Good record‐keeping skills
* Good money‐handling skills
* Ability to listen and communicate well
* Sound knowledge of Australian Road Rules
* Knowledge of local towns, streets, areas and activities
