Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) About The Role

We're looking for Nursing Informatics Specialists to help us develop AI that understands real‐world clinical workflows, EHR systems, and healthcare documentation. Your nursing knowledge will directly influence how AI thinks about patient care.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule, on your own terms.

What You'll Do
* Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and documentation for accuracy, safety, and real‐world applicability.
* Apply your nursing expertise to assess whether AI outputs reflect sound clinical reasoning and best practices.
* Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated healthcare content and provide structured, actionable feedback.
* Help translate frontline nursing knowledge into insights that improve how AI models understand EHR systems, clinical decision‐making, and patient documentation.
* Work independently and asynchronously on task‐based assignments.
Who You Are
* Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background — active or experienced.
* Hands‐on experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
* Familiarity with clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics concepts.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and articulate quality issues clearly.
* Detail‐oriented, self‐motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Nice to Have
* Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or care coordination.
* Experience with data annotation, quality review, or evaluation workflows.
* Exposure to AI tools or health technology platforms.
