The Daylesford Aged Care department seek casual Registered Nurses (RN) to join the team.
We seek applicants who work to achieve a high standard of evidence-based nursing care to the consumer and significant others for positive treatment outcomes.
As a member of the team you will undertake and contribute to the multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and discharge planning of consumers, with assumed accountability and responsibility for his/her/their own practice based upon his/her/their level of educational preparation and competence.Details of Appointment: Casual hours Salary: Greade 2 About CHRH:Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne.
It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019.
