About the Role
As an Online Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Personal Shoppers to select and pack online orders in-store. This involves working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience through our click and collect/concierge service or delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Personal Shoppers to achieve sales targets, control costs, and manage rosters effectively.
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management to inspire customers.
