As Doltone Hospitality Group continues to grow, we're excited to recruit a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team, specialising in Hay St Market and Lua by Luke Nguyen. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the brand through bold, engaging design across multiple touchpoints.
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will lead creative projects from concept to execution across digital, print and event platforms for Hay St Market and Lua by Luke Nguyen. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a consistent brand identity and delivering compelling campaigns that drive engagement and results.
This is ahands-on, office-based role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—perfect for someone who thrives on variety, ownership and creativity.
Your responsibilities:
* Lead the design and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print and experiential channels for Hay St Market and Lua by Luke Nguyen.
* Translate brand strategy into compelling visual assets.
* Collaborate with marketing, events and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
* Mentor junior designers and uphold design excellence within the team.
* Lead photoshoots and work with external partners as needed.
* Stay on top of trends and inject fresh thinking into every brief.
What skills we are looking for:
* 5+ years' experience as a Senior Graphic Design or similar role.
* A portfolio that shows off your multi-channel design expertise.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to lead projects independently and juggle multiple deadlines.
* A degree in Graphic Design or related field.
* Bonus: Experience in art direction and/or the hospitality industry.
